I was impressed with the shower head when it arrived, after fast shipping. I installed it, and it didn’t work (the LEDs). I called Charles in customer service, and he said he would get a replacement right out. He did, and it arrived a few days later. It works great, and looks very cool with the lighting for cold, hot etc. THe spray is excellent, and this shower head should last. Recommend.

This is my first LED shower head and I have to admit,  thoroughly impressed. The LED lights worked great - was worried that it may not, or perhaps one bulb will fail to light up, but thankfully it did not happen. was also worried about the lights and electricity -  not sure if water and electricity mix, but I don't think they'd sell this if they didn't. A great product all in all, and highly recommended.

Liked this shower head because of the price primarily, but after buying it, having it installed and having it for a while, I am into it not. Perhaps the LED lights are to blame, like them the more I see them. They're not very bright as in the picture, but they're ok. I am thinking I should've gotten a bigger one, but for now this suits me very well.
