FontanaShowers® ensures its faucets will be leak and drip-free and that all the parts and finishes of its faucets
will be free from any defects in material and manufacturing. The Warranty covers 3 Years Manufacturing Defect. The
faucet body, ceramic cartridges, and metal finishes in chrome, satin nickel, polished nickel, gold, oil rubbed
bronze are factory warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from any manufacturer defects in material
and workmanship. FontanaShowers® will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any
part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. The factory
warranty does not include accessories such as: handles, hand showers, cradles, shower heads, hoses, supply lines or
drains. If a defect is found in normal residential use, FontanaShowers reserves the right to determine the potential
cause of any damage / defect reported. All original order information is required for any replacement order
requests. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers® exceed the purchase price of the product.
Shower Systems:
Shower systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. This warranty is valid for one year from the original consumer purchase, and excludes caused by installation error, or misuse are not covered under warranty. FontanaShowers® reserves the right to determine the potential cause of any damage / defect reported. All original order information is required for any replacement order requests. FontanaShowers will replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part of product that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers® exceed the purchase price of the product.

Other Products and Accessories:
FontanaShowers® warrants other products and accessories purchased after August 1, 2009 to the following: One year Manufacturer Warranty - bathtubs, steam showers, vanities & sinks, are guaranteed to be free from defects in material, workmanship and finish at the time of shipment. Examples of accessories would be: handles, hand showers, cradles, hoses, supply lines or drains. Should any defects develop within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or assembly. This limited warranty covers only replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. No other liability or obligation is to be assumed. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers exceed the purchase price of the product.Improper installation or alteration of unit and/or installation of additives can affect the integrity of the unit and will void the Warranty.
Installation / Certifications:
FontanaShowers® Customer Support Team is ready to assist any customers by providing detailed specification sheets and diagrams for all sold products pertaining to our products installation. However, limited products being produced in our factories overseas, are not guaranteed to meet US inspection requirements. All customers are responsible for install and removal costs of our products in case products do not pass inspection due to lack of specific certification paperwork.
Warranty does not cover:
(1) Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
(2) Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.
(3) Please note for LED shower the LED light is not covered under the factory warranty. Under normal conditions LED lights should last the lifetime of your shower. However, mineral and residue build up in your water may cause the LED lights to stop working and thus proper maintenance should be conducted to clean your shower head.
(4) Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
