FontanaShowers® Commercial Product Warranty

This Commercial Warranty is effective for Purchases made from Jan 1st 2018. Purchases Made During Jan 1st 2001 - Dec 31st 2017 Please Refer to Previous FontanaShowers® Warranty. Commercial Warranty Definition: We provide commercial warranty to specific volume commercial clients for specific projects be it Hotel, Office Building, Resort, Spa, Housing Development and so forth...To qualify for our commercial warranty your order must not be less than our minimum commercial order requirement. Commercial Warranty Information

Faucets, Automatic Faucets & Automatic Soap Dispensers:

FontanaShowers® ensures and guarantees All its faucets to be leak and drip-free and All parts and finishes of the faucets to be free from Any defects in material and workmanship. The faucet body, the ceramic cartridges and the metal finishes be it in chrome, brushed or satin nickel, gold, or oil rubbed bronze finish are warranted to be free from any manufacturer defects including tarnish or discoloration. FontanaShowers® will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part that proves to be defective during commercial normal use or services. This warranty is valid for Five Years from the purchase date. If a defect is found during such period within such normal commercial use FontanaShowers® will replace the part(s) or replace the unit(s). This commercial warranty covers replacement of any defective part/parts, and shall not apply to repair/replacement of labor costs. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers® exceed the purchase price of the product itself.

Shower Systems:

FontanaShowers® Shower systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This commercial warranty covers replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. This warranty is valid for One year from the original consumer purchase, and excludes damage due to improper handling, installation, maintenance, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by the consumer or any other party. FontanaShowers® will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part of product that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers® exceed the purchase price of the product.

Other Products and Accessories:

FontanaShowers® warrants other products and accessories purchased to the following: Three Years Manufacturer Warranty on bathtubs, steam showers, vanities & sinks, FontanaShowers® guarantees such Products & Accessories to be free from defects in material, workmanship and finish at the time of shipment. Examples of accessories would be: handles, hand showers, cradles, hoses, supply lines or drains. Should any defects develop within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or assembly. This limited warranty covers only replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. No other liability or obligation is to be assumed.
Improper installation or alteration of unit and/or installation of additives can affect the integrity of the unit and will void the Warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

(1) Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
(2) Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.
(3) Please note for LED shower the LED light is covered under this commercial warranty for 90 Days. Under normal conditions LED lights should last the lifetime of your shower. However, minerals and residue build up in your water may cause the LED lights to stop working and proper maintenance should be conducted to clean your shower head.
(4) Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
