I've attempted returning this because this didn't reflect the same color in person as on internet. The return policy is making me pay 15% restock fee; I attempted to ship twice back the part via UPS because address didn't display correctly in UPS system. I tried to follow internet return page instructions; still waiting on refund - Customer service let me down. When UPS couldn't deliver the first time, I asked customer service for correct return address, but no reply. Second attempt is pending. I was going to build an entire shower system with Fontana Showers because I liked the designs, but now second-guessing/probably going with another company. I am renovating 1 of 2 bathrooms, and I have an entire 2nd bathroom to renovate soon. I'm considering going somewhere else because I lost so much money trying to return one part. I also could've dropped this off in person, because it appears I live closeby, but customer service said I cannot do that. This would've saved me money.
