Great dispenser, Customer service lacking |

Ordered marsala soap dispenser in January. Took weeks to get, but easy to install and works great, reliable, looks nice. Only feature missing is way to turn it off. Works much better than Delta soap dispenser we had. Problem: customer service confirmed it comes with AC adapter, but it did not. Submitted ticket and after many follow ups via tickets and phone, we received an AC adapter which did not fit. In the meantime, we ordered a second marsala soap dispenser, but wrong soap dispenser arrived. Called and was lucky to reach a rep who said to submit a ticket. No response to ticket, called sales bc no response from customer service. Salesperson was very nice and said he'd send a return label. This also took a while, but did finally receive it. Returned incorrect soap dispenser and now waiting for correct one to be shipped. Also still hoping to get the correct AC adapter. To sum up, great product, but really difficult to reach anyone at Fontana to get any answers or help.
