Quite expensive January 27, 2023 Reviewer: Denver from New York   the price is quite expensive, though must say that Great shower set. was installed couple of months back, and it has shown no problem whatsoever since was installed. The shower sprays are good, though I sometimes wish they were bit more stronger.   an issue with the water pressure though. Was this review helpful to you?

Love this shower set December 29, 2022 Reviewer: Queenie from Lake Geneva   Was choosing between this one and the shower panel I saw here in the site, but I decided that this would be a better choice. For one, the shower panel looked rather big and bulky, and since Was looking for streamlined look, this one fit my wants better. Poor Customer Service January 20, 2021 Reviewer: Dawn from Hillsboro, MO United States   Poor customer service and still haven’t received correct body sprays as of 1/20/21.  I purchased Fontana Sofia Large Ceiling Rain Shower Head Set With Shower Body Sprays and Hand Shower on Dec 29, 2020.   Received circle body sprays instead of square. 1/4/21 recd fed ex return label to return wrong parts and new fedex tracking number for correct parts.  The new parts are still “pending” shipment.   I’ve called customer service several times and left messages also, sent several emails, my last response from this company was on 1/4/21. Perfect shower set! December 4, 2020 Reviewer: Donna B. from California   been looking at several of the shower sets here in Fontana and we were glad we came across this one. was one of the most complete sets  seen so far and actually one of the best with regards to the features. Love the body sprays June 27, 2020 Reviewer: Angela from Florida   Although everything about this shower set is perfect, I absolutely love the body sprays the most. This is the first time I ever showered with one, and it truly is a whole new experience. I sometimes think thought that it would be better if the water pressure was stronger, but I guess  a problem with our water supply. Overall, a great product at a reasonable price. Great! February 22, 2020 Reviewer: Nelson from Springdale, AR   After plowing through the different shower sets available in this site, I finally decided to go for this one.  simple, yet with nice polished chrome finish. Although everything in this set is worth praising, I have to say that it were the body jets that impressed me most. Good November 17, 2019 Reviewer: Henry from Michigan   The shower set is okay, and everything came as expected.  good though that their are choices for the sizes for the shower jets and the shower head. I got the 24"x24" for the shower head and the 2"x2" for the jets. I'd love to have taken the 5"x5" for the jets but the added costs was bit high for me. Too much hassle October 27, 2019 Reviewer: Grace from Alabama   We bought this because was on sale, and of course we liked the whole concept of having shower jets and a large ceiling rainfall shower head. However, with the first items we received two of the shower jets were broken. Naturally we called them up about it, and after very long discussion they finally agreed to replace the broken items. But the replacement took rather too long to arrive, and calling them up for follow ups was practically a challenge.  just glad all's over now and that the shower set's been installed.
