Good design and works well January 19, 2020 Reviewer: Oscar from Chicago   I'd have to agree with the comments praising the design of this faucet.  beautiful to look at, and it certainly added bit of flare to our kitchen counter. The dark finish also works for me since the water stains aren't so obvious unlike the case with chrome finished faucets. Add to the beautiful design is how well the faucet works. I read in an earlier comment that they were having issues with the pull down sprayer. Luckily for me did not experience any of that. So would I recommend this? Yes, would. Leak January 6, 2019 Reviewer: Doreena from New Jersey   not sure what the problem was, but the faucet was leaking at the joint a few days after the installation. The plumber was able to fix it right away though, and so far  had no problem with it since then.  not sure if was the faucet or the installation, but anyhow, we're quite happy with how it works now. Good October 14, 2018 Reviewer: Sheena from Wyoming   not much to say about this faucet. It does work just as expected, nothing more, nothing less. The design is pretty nice, the finish makes it look even better.  pretty much it. As for the price,   reasonable enough. Excellent product February 10, 2018 Reviewer: Tasha from New York   Got several of this faucet for the different clients we were contracting for, and though we have only installed two of them as of the moment, the clients say that they are pretty happy with it. Pull down spray retraction problems September 21, 2017 Reviewer: Coleen from MIchigan   was about a week when this problem started to manifest itself—that is, we were having problems putting the pull down spray back into the faucet. We noticed that it took some tries before  perfectly in place. I don't know how or why that happened, and we did not bother to find out because  now working well again. Fantastic pull down faucet February 26, 2017 Reviewer: Wenna from Virginia   Was thinking about getting a pull down faucet for a while now, especially after I seen one in my friend's kitchen and saw just how useful and convenient . So there, I came here in search for one and this is the one that I liked most. looks beautiful and the pull down faucet is very solid and works very well.
